Description

Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Ellsworth, Maine. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 13,000-square-foot clubhouse / community center.

Roof Replacement at the Moore Community Center. The roof to be replaced is approximately 13000 sq ft. Clear all old existing pea stone and dispose of. Remove and dispose of old edge flashing. Install new edge flashing. Install new high density coverboard with mechanical fasteners and stress plates. Install fully adhered .060 EPDM membrane per manufactures specs to include all vertical step ups. All roof penetrations to be properly flashed to prevent water penetration. Complete work site cleanup. Must provide workers comp and lability certificates within 5 businesses days of awarding contract. This is a senior citizen center and children's daycare center all workers to act in courteous and professional manner.
