Renovation of an educational facility in Columbia, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The University of South Carolina (USC) is soliciting quotes from qualified vendors to provide labor, material, and equipment to remove and replace two (2) sets of 4/0 15KV cable from switches downstairs in basement to outside pad mounted switches, in accordance with all requirements and specification stated herein. 1. Provide labor, material, and equipment to remove and replace two (2) sets of 4/0 15KV cable from switches downstairs in basement to outside pad mounted switches. 2. Provide labor, material, and equipment to replace one (1) set of 4/0 MV cable from pad mounted switch to transformer. 3. Provide labor, material, and equipment to terminate and test new cable(s). 4. Acceptable cable manufacturers are Okonite, South Wire, or Prysmian. Termination kits will be based on Richards Manufacturing, Elastimold, 3M or approved equal. 5. Contractor will dispose of removed cabling and must maintain a safe work environment. The Contractor will be responsible for the disposal of all materials used on site. No materials will be allowed in USC trash or dumpsters.
