Landscape services. TIMELINE: Request for Proposal to prequalify and contract with up to three (3) Landscape Architects under preferred supplier agreements is underway. The top-ranking proponent will be the primary provider with the second highest ranking proponent as secondary provider in the event that the primary provider is unable to service the County requirements. In the event that the primary or secondary provider are unable to meet the services requirements, the third highest ranking proponent will be engaged as the tertiary provider for the services. This is a non-mandatory preferred supplier agreement, with no guaranteed amount of work awarded and the County reserves the right to contract with any supplier for like or similar services as needed throughout the contract period.
