Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Morinville, Alberta. Completed plans call for the construction of a 9,600-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The Town of Morinville (the Town) invites proposals in response to this Request for Proposal (RFP) from reputable contractors for the design, supply, delivery and installation of Sand and Salt storage shed at its Public Works yard located at 10310 107 St, Morinville, AB T8R 1L2 with the intent to negotiate and enter a Contract with the Town. The Sand and Salt storage shed will provide a covered storage building for the Town to store sand and salt utilized during winter for road maintenance. This proposed structure will be designed to facilitate truck access, ensuring safe maneuverability for loading and unloading materials within the building.
