Renovation of a museum in Hudson, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum.
Construction of building, site improvements and utilities inclusive of site electrical and new septic system. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Bond/ Payment Bond in the statutory form of public bonds required by Sections 136 and 137 of the State Finance Law, each for 100% of the amount of the Contract. The original hardcopy bid bonds for the two lowest bidders must be postmarked and sent via certified mail within 48 hours of receiving the bid summary from the Office. (Engineer's Estimate Range: $4,312,122 - $5,834,046) Descriptions of work noted above for each trade are general in nature. All bidders are responsible to review the Summary of Work Section and all the drawings and specifications to obtain a complete understanding of the scope of work. The completion date for this project is 365 days after agreement has been approved by the NYS Comptroller's Office.
