Question Deadline 01/03/2024 at 1:00 PM ET The Board of Education of St. Mary's County on behalf of St. Mary's County Public Schools (SMCPS) is requesting sealed bids from experienced and qualified Contractors to perform preventive maintenance on chillers and on-call time and material service, repairs and maintenance for chillers, self-contained rooftop A/C units and other heating and cooling air conditioning systems and associated devices. Services shall include preventive maintenance, winterization, emergency services, repairs and/or replacements of parts as needed for SMCPS at schools, and centers throughout the school system. SMCPS reserves the right to cancel this solicitation. SMCPS reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Proposals. SMCPS reserves the right to waive any irregularity or informality in the proposal process. SMCPS reserves the right to request additional information from any or all Contractors. SMCPS reservesthe right to negotiate with Contractors whose proposals meet or exceed the requirements of this RFP.
