Purchasing Department Invitation to Bid BID #24-21 Temporary Parking Lot for the Henry County North Precinct Henry County Government is seeking a qualified Grader/Contractor to clear County owned property located at 3000 Highway 42 N., Stockbridge, Georgia. They will also need to grade and install a temporary parking lot for up to fifty (50) vehicles. The Contractor shall furnish all materials, labor, tools, equipment and services necessary in the performance of this bid. Henry County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any technicalities. Question Deadline 01/04/2024 at 3:00 PM ET purchasing@co.henry.ga.us The Scope of Work is as follows: 1. Install approximately 300 L.F. silt fence 2. Install construction entrance 3. Clearing & grubbing of approximately 1.5 acres; select hardwood trees to be protected 4. Strip topsoil - haul off site 5. Import and place approximately 1,500 tons of M10 Structural Fill 6. Haul, Place & Compact approximately 20,000 GAB tons of GAB stone (6" thick over approximately 1.5 acres) Provide Unit Prices for the following: 1. Unsuitable material haul off site 2. Import structural fill material 3. Rip Rock 4. Mass Rock 5. Trench Rock 6. Haul rock off site
