Reference Number 0000261444 In accordance with the rules, regulations, statutes, guidelines and the professional associations of the provinces where the project will be carried out, Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for Proposals from firms to establish a Service Contract to provide regular/frequent inspection of transformers, generators, UPS systems, HVAC and Refrigeration units, plumbing systems, and general facilities infrastructure maintenance, specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements at CFS Leitrim, Masset, British Columbia. Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFP. The objective of this RFP is to select the proponent with the highest total score. The Security Requirements for this project are identified in the RFP Documents. The ITM service contract will be for a period from April 8, 2024 through April 7, 2027. If mutually agreeable between the Contractor and DCC, the contract may be extended for up to two (2) additional three (3) year periods. Refer to the RFP document for additional information. The Masset Detachment is part of the Canadian Forces Station Leitrim. The subject site, known as Building #50, has a footprint of approximately of 1,480 m2 (15,920 square feet) and includes auxiliary buildings and property. The Contractor is to provide ITM services for the identified buildings and associated infrastructure within the defined property limits in a manner and to a standard in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) throughout the Contract term. During the term of the Contract, the buildings and infrastructure may be subject to change i.e., additions, removals, regulatory changes, DND Operations. The required services may include, but not be limited to, regular/frequent inspection of transformers, generators, UPS systems, HVAC and Refrigeration units, plumbing systems, and general facilities infrastructure maintenance. Refer to the SOW for a more detailed description of the Scope of Services required. Following Contract award, the Contractor will be required to progressively mobilize and be ready to commence providing the Services by April 8, 2024. This date will be referred to as the Service Commencement date in the Contract. The initial period of service will be three (3) years. If mutually agreeable between the Contractor and DCC, the period of service may be extended for up to two (2) additional three (3) year periods, for a possible total of nine (9) years. The estimated value of this opportunity (including all possible extension periods) is in the order of $1,800,000.
