This Request for Proposals (RFP), subject to potential amendments through Addenda, is issued by the Village to invite capable and experienced Proponents to bid on delivering roadway infrastructure services for multiple roads within the Village of Masset. The project scope requires the construction of new pavements and the rehabilitation of existing roadways. Key tasks involve ground preparation, removal of existing pavement, subgrade reforming, laying of foundational base and sub-base materials, and the application of hot-mix asphalt for new pavement structures. Additional infrastructure elements such as curbs and sidewalks, may also be requested in alignment with specified project requirements.
