**As of March 11,2024 project was awarded to JMN Construction, LLC awarded amount is $269222.50.** West Adams Street Bridge Rehabilitation Questions concerning this bid process may be directed to City/County Purchasing at (402) 441-8103 or purchasing@lincoln.ne.gov CONTRACT TIME, MILESTONES, AND LIQUIDATED DAMAGES The Contractor shall have a total of 61 consecutive calendar days from the Beginning of Work date to achieve Final Completion of this project. The Beginning of Work shall commence on or before October 1, 2024. All Work as a part of this project shall be completed on or before November 30, 2024. Final Completion is defined as all Work complete and all lanes open to traffic. If Work is not complete and lanes are not open to traffic on or before November 30, 2024, liquidated damages shall be assessed in accordance with the Lincoln Standard Specifications until the bridge repair is completed and all lanes are clear and open to traffic. All Work as a part of this project shall be completed on or before November 30, 2024.
