Site work for a civil project in Cottleville, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
New influent screening building consisting of parallel screening channels equipped with fine and coarse screens in one channel and manual bar screen in second channel. Ancillary screening improvements include: connections to three (3) existing lift station discharge force mains, influent force main valve vault, flow meter vault, electrical distribution and controls room, and screenings dumpster room. Project work also includes sludge holding tank upgrades at the WAS Tank: Installation of 3rd WAS Tank sludge pump with VFD, and de-watering telescoping valve; and at the Blend Tank: replacement of the existing aeration diffuser grid, interior tank concrete repair and protective coating installation, and demolition of the existing odor control piping. Miscellaneous Biosolids Building Improvements include: The installation of a new horizontal loadout conveyor with slide gates for truck loading distribution, and installation of dewatering feed piping. All civil, structural, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, process and instrumentation work required herein. The proposed work includes the furnishing of materials, tools, equipment and labor necessary to construct the O Fallon Wastewater Treatment Plant Solids Handling Improvements Project in OFallon, Missouri.
