The City of Dawson Creek (City) invites quotations from interested vendors for the supply, delivery, and installation of a modular office complex to function as a workspace complete with offices, washrooms, kitchen/food prep area, and a large communal work area. The City requires that the office complex be delivered to the City's Public Works Yard located at 92 Vic Turner Road Dawson Creek, BC on or before the preferred delivery date of April 1, 2024, but no later than May 1, 2024. The successful bidder will be responsible for: a) The supply of a one (1) modular office complex, measuring 24' X 60' (minimum) that meets the CSA A277-08 Procedure for Factory Certification of Buildings standards. b) Installation of the modular office complex on attached metal skids (not blocked or cribbed). c) Ensuring installation includes all transportation, exterior and interior construction, weather tightening, skirting, levelling, and the necessary step and landings requirements to meet functionality and BC Building Code. e) Ensuring the office complex will include the following requirements: i. Four (4) offices, minimum 10' x 10' each ii. Two (2) unisex washrooms (at least one accessible), sized appropriately to BC Building Code iii. One (1) kitchen/food prep area, minimum 7' x 7' iv. One (1) large main gathering, seating, communal work area v. Two (2) entry/exit doors, sized to be accessible.
