The deadline to ask questions is 1/02/2024 10:00 AM CST Bid questions are to be submitted through online furnishing all plant, labor, material and equipment and performing all work required for the construction of Sanitary Sewer Cleaning & Televising - Phases 13-16 (PACP, MACP, LACP) The work consists of cleaning and televising approximately 31,965 linear feet of sanitary sewer pipe including 23,836 linear feet of 8-inch, 6,339 linear feet of 10-inch, 258 linear feet of 12-inch, 1,503 linear feet of 15-inch, and 29 linear feet of 18-inch. The work also includes television inspection of 200 sanitary sewer manholes. The work must be completed by PACP, MACP, and LACP certified technicians. See Attachment B and Attachment C for list of the required fields to be included in the PACP and MACP headers. The project is located in Bridgestone Municipal Utility District, Harris County, Texas. Kuykendahl Road (northwest/southeast) traverses most of the District, while Spring Stuebner Road and Spring Cypress (west/east) intersect the northern and southernmost portions of the District, respectively. The bidder shall submit a five percent (5%) bid bond of the maximum total bid amount. Make the bid bonds payable to the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any or all irregularities. No bid may be withdrawn until the expiration of 60 calendar days from the date bids are open. The bidder must provide a completed Qualification Statement with the bid. The Qualification Statement form is provided in this bid package.
