Cucinella Elementary School / Parking Lot Replacement & Playground Accessibility at Old Farmers Road School PSA Commission Number 9175BAC/OFRS-PARKING / 9175OFRS Playground Accessibility The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, parking lot replacements, bus loop drainage and modifying the existing site for accessible entrance to the playground. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of (1) a bid bond or certified or cashier's check payable to the Washington Township District Board of Education equal to 10% of the amount of the bid, but in no case to exceed $20,000.00 per N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-24, and (2) Certificate of Consent of Surety per N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-25. The successful bidder will be required to furnish additional bonds as specified in Document 00 21 13 The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any non-responsive bids or all bids pursuant to N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-22 and to waive minor informalities or non-material exceptions, that may be in the best interest of the Board. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the opening date.
