LOTM 2022 Residential Rehab in the S. 11th Street Corridor. Work may begin on or after April 1st, 2024. Final completion of S. 11th Street from South Street to K Street and the Lincoln Mall from S 11th Street to S. 12th Street shall be achieved by October 29th, 2024 Work in and around Everett Elementary School (along 11th Street between B Street and C Street) shall be completed between June 1st, 2024, and August 10th, 2024. Failure to complete all Work associated with this contract by the final completion date of October 29th, 2024, shall result in liquidated damages to be assessed in accordance with the Lincoln Standard Specifications. I acknowledge and understand that my bid will not be considered unless a bid bond or certified check in the sum of five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid is made payable to the order of the City Treasurer as a guarantee of good faith prior to the bid opening.
