The exterior work includes adding exterior landscaping lighting at the main terminal and arrival entrance, a new concrete curb will be added to match existing, 2 new pet water fountains, one on landside and another on the airside. New mechanical screens are to be added to existing equipment to match existing screens. The project generally consists of minor interior and exterior renovation to the existing General Aviation Terminal to better serve the staff and patrons. The footprint of the building will remain, and no code upgrades are required for this scope of work. New mechanical screens are to be added to existing equipment to match existing screens. All Bidders must be licensed in accordance with Florida Laws. The interior work on the first floor includes demolishing and replacing the existing public restrooms flooring, wall tile, and ceilings, lighting, and casework. On the second floor the scope of work includes renovating the existing staff restrooms. Bid proposals must be submitted on the forms provided by the Naples Airport Authority and must be accompanied by a Bid security in the form of a bid bond equal to 5% of the total bid made payable to the Naples Airport Authority. Contract security in the form of 100% Performance and Payment Bonds will be required.
