Question Deadline 01/16/2024 at 5:00 PM ET The County reserves the right to issue a formal contract or standard County Purchase Order for the award of this solicitation. The contract term, if an award(s) is/are made is intended to be for three (3) years with two (2) one (1) year renewals. Collier County, Florida currently maintains 222 signalized intersections and 95 flashing beacons. Most of the signalized intersections are connected to a traffic management center using 175 miles of fiber optic cable. Congestion management is provided by using 195 PTZ (pan-tilt-zoom) cameras. All fully operational signalized intersections are equipped with infrared emergency vehicle preemption on all approaches. This bid is to deliver hardware and components used in the construction, maintenance, and repair of traffic control devices and associated infrastructure located in Collier County, Florida.
