Floating Launch Docks Sawyer Park Boat Launch All bidders of materials, services and equipment will be required to post Performance Security as described in Instructions to Bidders. The City of Sturgeon Bay reserves the right to reject any or all bids, parts of any or all bids, or to waive technical errors or omissions in bids. Any questions concerning the bid document or the specification may be directed to the Director of Municipal Services at: (920) 746-6922. The City of Sturgeon is seeking bids for replacing the existing docks situated along the sheet piling at Sawyer Park boat launch. Our current docks are in three pieces. One section is 40' in length and is bolted to the sheet piling, this is the primary usable dock. The other two sections make up the ramp from dock to the concrete launch area. The docks shall be floating to allow for the frequently changing water levels. The dock shall be handicapped accessible with grab bars to assist boaters with boarding and deboarding boats.
