Bid Security in the amount of five percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid and shall be subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. The North Carolina Division of Water Infrastructure is providing funding for this project through the America Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). The special provisions concerning the American Iron and Steel (AIS) requirements and Bacon Davis Wage Rates as noted in the Instruction to Bidders and Supplementary Conditions shall be required for this contract.
