Project Address: 2846 N 18TH ST SITE 1 Tuck pointing: Tuck point areas of missing mortar on front right corner of home. Fill vertical crack right offrent porch steps with masonry rated epoxy. 2 Side Entry Door: Replace rotten wooden door sill and damaged doorjamb. All work HOUSE- Roof Replacement: Tear off all layers of existing shingles and replace the entire roof. Replace any underlying rotten or damaged roof sheathing. Install 'W' flashing at all valleys. Provide ice and water shield a minimum of 3 feet wide at all roof edges, and valleys, install synthetic roofing felts, and metal drip and apron flashing. Install new roof vents per code. Provide all necessary flashings (including new chimney flashing), Window and Door Trim Wrap: Wrap all wooden door and window trim in pre-finished sheet metal. Apply color matched oil based sealant at all seams, edges, and over nail heads. Areas to be wrapped: Rear door trim, 1 window on the northern side of home, piano window trim. All work done in accordance with DHS Lead Safe practices Soffit and Fascia Repairs: Repair hole in fascia on northern side of home. Front Entry Porch Floor and Stairs: Prime any bare concrete with masonry primer and paint entire porch steps and floor. Color per owner's choice. All work done in accordance with DHS Lead Safe practices. Vinyl Replacement Windows - Lead Abatement: Replace existing wood sash windows with matching vinyl replacement windows, at the following locations; northern side of home (1 window) and both side of the upper gable.(4 windows) Install color matched sealant at all window edges. All work done in accordance with DHS Lead Safe practices Electrical Cover Plates: Install outlet, switch, and junction box cover plates at all locations where missing.
