As of march 5, 2024, This project has been awarded to NetPlanner Systems Inc, with the awarded amount of $441,765.66. Data Cabling for Windsor Forest High School (ERATE Eligible) A Bid Bond equal to five percent (5%) of the total estimated amount of the proposal, made payable to the Savannah-Chatham County Board of Public Education. If a Bidder's Bid exceeds $100,000 and the Bidder is the successful Bidder who is awarded a contract at the end of this solicitation then the successful Bidder will be required to provide both a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, each in an amount equal to 100% percent of the total Contract amount within 14 days receipt of the District's Intent to Award and prior to execution of contract. No extension of the bidding/proposal period will be made unless indicated by written addendum. The Board reserves the right to reject all bids/proposals and to waive any irregularities or technicalities in bids/proposals received whenever such rejection or waiver is in the best interest of the Board. The Board has the right to disqualify a bid/proposal of any offeror deemed non-responsive to the Board.
