Included in This Contract is Substantial Grading, Construction of Underdrains, Asphalt, Landscaping, Pavement Marking, And Airfield Electrical Changes. Project Completion: If the Base Bid and All Two (2) Additive Alternates Are Awarded, The Contractor Shall Have a Total of 172 Consecutive Calendar Days to Substantially Complete the Project, Excluding Punchlist.
