Description

Renovation of a medical facility in Squamish, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a two-story above grade medical facility.

Hilltop House is a two story building with section built in 1984 and an addition in 2009. The existing tub room in the Long-Term Care facility is outdated and no longer fit for purpose. The scope of work will involve wall demo, new flooring, installation of a new arjo tub, new millwork and sink. The Contractor is responsible for providing a set bid based on the drawings and specifications requirements. This project is due to be complete by end of Q1 2024.
