Location-Keene Ice Center , 380 Marlboro St. Keene, NH 03431 Deadline for written questions 01/17/2024 at 12:00 p.m TOTAL AREA : 7008 SF Project will include a renovation of the existing Keene Ice storage area to create men's and women's varsity hockey team locker rooms with showers), coaches offices, trainer's room, laundry room, coach's locker room with shower, and storage . In addition to design meetings with owner personnel, multiple meetings with the N.H. State Fire Marshal's office may be required relative to building and life safety code matters. o Provide coordination of construction, equipment installation, or other required work provided by the owner's own forces or separate contractors employed by the owner (e.g. electrical and telecommunications utility work; telecommunications wiring inside building). o Work cooperatively with the third-party commissioning agent hired separately by the Owner.
