Remodeling of a day care center in Vancouver, Washington. Completed plans call for the remodel of a day care center.
EOCF is soliciting bids for a renovation to an existing building. The renovation will include exterior site work, street frontage improvements, playground prep/demo involving removal of asphalt and concrete per approved City plans, and some interior build out of standard frame walls/sheet rock, creating two new restrooms, offices, and associated spaces as well as window replacements, door installation, painting, and flooring installation. DIRTT panels will be used in classrooms and offices and will be installed by DIRTT contractors. Some coordination of work schedule with DIRTT and with other contractors will be required. No bid will be considered unless fully completed in the manner provided in the "Request for bids". The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive all informalities. No bidder may withdraw or modify his bid after the hour set for the opening and thereafter until the lapse of thirty (30) days from the bid opening. Attention is called to the minimum wages as set forth in the contract documents. Minimum wages shall be as required by the federal Davis Bacon wage.
