Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Passaic, New Jersey. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and road / highway.
The City of Passaic is seeking to improve access to transit facilities and all modes of public transportation. The goals of the project are as follows Improve the overall safety and accessibility for mass transit riders walking to transit facilities; Encourage mass transit users to walk to transit stations; and Facilitate the implementation of projects and activities that will improve safety in the vicinity of transit facilities (approximately one-half mile for pedestrian improvements). The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Time to complete the project is of the essence as this project is intended for construction in Spring 2024. The City of Passaic reserves the right to waive any informality in the bids received and the right to consider bids.
