The property is approximately 8 acres total that contains parking lots, a paved 1-mile walking trail, detention basin, trees, and various landscaping beds that are used for educational purposes that include. o Native plants o Herb gardens o Annual Flower Mowing service is requested weekly (weather dependent) for the months of March 2024 thru October 2024 with pricing to be per mowing and services to include weekly mowing of all property, weed eating, and leaf blowing of all sidewalks and parking lots, trails,etc. Landscape maintenance is requested monthly with pricing per month for tasks that include trimming of plants, weed removal, planting and general landscaping maintenance. All questions and requests should be directed to Barry Rice, Extension Facilities Manager (859-236-4484). Mulching of all landscaping beds is requested annually with pricing per annual mulching. All pricing should include all labor and materials and equipment to be provided by the contractor. Please note that plants should not be included in the pricing.
