Renovation of an office development in Morristown, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a office development.
Hamblen County (hereafter referred to as "County") is soliciting sealed, competitive bids for Office Furniture, Workstations and Filing Systems for its new justice center located on North Jackson Street, Morristown, TN 37814. Vendor shall be bonded and insured for no less than $1 million for General Liability, Auto Liability, and Workers Compensation with statutory limits including $1,000,000 Part B Employers Liability. Vendor shall be responsible for materials until installation is complete. The County's selection process will be based on furniture system layout and functionality, quality, and competitive pricing. Substantial completion date of project is August 1, 2024. Furniture installation will begin 2-3 weeks thereafter. Questions regarding this bid should be emailed to the project administrator by Tuesday, December 19, 2023 @ 4:00p.m. Questions and answers will be posted on the Hamblen County online at hamblencountytn.gov under the bids and proposals tab and emailed to all prospective bidders known to the County by 4:00p.m., Thursday, December 21, 2023. All correspondence and communication must be via email to the project administrator. Questions submitted by telephone will not be answered. Questions submitted after the deadline will not be answered.
