CR Number: 2104813 Proposals for Engineering Services for the Village of Barker: Stormwater Infrastructure Preliminary Engineering Report The Village of Barker was recently awarded a New York State Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) for Community Planning. The Village is therefore seeking proposals for engineering consultant services to perform a study on the Village of Barker's Stormwater system to evaluate deficiencies, evaluate potential improvement alternatives, and provide recommendations for capital improvements. The deliverable shall be one Preliminary Engineering Report (for Stormwater) that comply with implementation funding agency requirements (CDBG, NYSEFC, USDA RD, GIGP, etc.). . The project is being funded by the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Community Planning program. The Village was awarded $50,000 and must provide a 5% local match for a total project budget of $52,500.
