The 105th Airlift Wing is seeking services to perform removal and diposal of a 15,000 gallon fuel oil tank in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). CLIN 0001 Removal and Disposal of a 15,000 gallon fuel oil tank The contract will be awarded based on the lowest price that meets or exceeds the requirements outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), which is deemed responsible in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation and whose Quote conforms to the solicitation requirements. Evaluation of price will be performed using one or more of the price analysis techniques in FAR 13.106-3. Through these techniques the Government will determine whether the price is reasonable, complete and not unbalanced.
