Renovation of a multi-residential development in Douglas, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
This Project Will Consist of the Repair/replacement of Plumbing Distribution Systems, Renovation/replacement of an Outdoor Stage, Replacement of Concession Area Seating, Roof Replacement of the Midway Restroom, Refurbishment of Show Ring Bleachers, and Replacement of Roof and Siding of the Horse Stalling Office. Additional Work Includes Landscaping Improvements, Gate and Entryway Enhancements, Renovation of the Ft. Fetterman Interior, and Enhancement of the Campus North-south Connector. This is Not a Request for Proposals. The State of Wyoming is Not Obligated by This Announcement to Award Any Contract. Responding Proposers May Be Invited to Submit Proposals Pending the Outcome of This Request for Qualifications Questions: All questions shall be submitted online by 2:00 p.m. MT on January 4, 2024. SOQs will be received in electronic format and all SOQs shall be uploaded to the online bidding system at publicpurchase.com by 1:00 p.m. MT on January 18, 2024.
