Site work and paving for a civil project in Douglas, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The Project generally consists of realigning and replacing the sanitary sewer located in the alley between Longview Drive and Williams Street and crossing Birch Street. The project includes four (4) new sanitary sewer manholes and 300 L.F. of new SDR35 PVC sanitary sewer pipe. In addition, the project includes a asphalt trench patch and minor concrete replacement. Each Bid must be submitted on the Bid Form, accompanied by Bid security, as prescribed in the Instructions to Bidders, payable to the City of Douglas (OWNER) in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount Bid. The Successful Bidder will be required to furnish the necessary additional Bond(s) for the faithful performance of the Work, as prescribed in the Bidding Documents. To perform public work, the Successful Bidder and Subcontractors, prior to contract award, shall hold or obtain such licenses as required by State Statutes, federal and local laws, and regulations.
