Renovation of a municipal facility in Cincinnati, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
This contract shall be used only to request installing, repairing, maintaining, or otherwise servicing heating and cooling equipment in various locations at MSDGC & GCWW non-administrative facilities. This contract shall not be used to request work to be performed on office buildings or any other structure intended for administrative purposes. Questions or requests for additional information regarding this solicitation shall be directed in writing to the assigned City of Cincinnati Buyer, Tammy Kaser, via email at via email at tammy.kaser@cincinnati-oh.gov. Please submit questions via email by 12:00 PM ET on December 28, 2023. The materials/services shall be delivered, as ordered, during the period beginning on the effective date of the contract and ending twenty-four (24) months from the effective date. A Bid Bond, deposit of cash or Certified Check, Bank Cashier's or Bank Official's Check drawn on a solvent bank payable to the Treasurer of the City of Cincinnati, in the amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid must accompany each bid as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted a contract will be entered into. The contractor will be required to provide performance surety in the amount of $2,700,000.00 as a condition of award.
