Renovation of a municipal facility in San Jose, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The County of Santa Clara (the "County") is requesting quotations from vendors to provide Window Privacy Film for the Clerk-Recorder's Office as specified in this Request for Quotations (RFQ). The County is providing the Decorative Film brand and model number only to be used as a reference. The County will consider equal or better products. County is the sole judge in determining if the offered products are equal or better. The quantities stated are to the County's best estimate. There may be some variances as to the actual square footage of the Window Privacy Film needed. This may result in a one-time purchase order. Bid Prices should NOT include sales tax and other government-imposed fees as the County will calculate these at the time of the award. Section II Within 3 days of County's notification, the apparent successful Bidder will be required to submit the following documents: Insurance certificates in compliance with County Insurance Requirements Q & A deadline: Dec 20, 2023 6:00:00 PM EST
