Site work for a civil project in Muskogee, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Procedures for submitting a bid, claiming an error, withdrawal of bids and other pertinent information are contained in the Instruction for Bidders, which is part of the Invitation for Bids. Withdrawal due to error in bid shall be permitted in accordance with Rule 260:115-3-11 by the Oklahoma Office of Management and Enterprise (OMES). The owners reserve the right to reject any or all bids. The project includes raising five undeveloped sites above the 100-year flood elevation, constructing a berm to mitigate flooding, installing removable floodwalls to protect existing infrastructure in the event of a flood, and repairing an existing drainage system. The contract shall be awarded on a lump sum basis as follows: the Total Base Bid Amount including any properly submitted and received bid modifications plus such successive Additive Bid items as the Owner in its discretion decides to award in the manner set forth in Instruction for bidders.
