Renovation of a municipal facility in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Luzerne County is seeking proposals from qualified companies for the Installation of Electronic Door Locks via Card Access for the Hazleton Annex. Any questions in regard to the RFP package, please contact Mary Ann Amesbury at 570-820- 6337or MarvAnn.Amesburv@luzernecountv.org. This bid is being solicited by Luzerne County for the Install of Electronic Door Locks via card access. The Electronic Door Locks shall be integrated with Luzerne County's current access control platform, CCure9000. Vendors will also be required to transition active card swipes from a Honeywell panel to an Istar panel. The vendor will be required to install eleven (11) Electronic Door Locks that will integrate with CCure9000. Additionally, the vendor shall be required to disconnect nine (9) access control swipes from a Honeywell System and transition them to an Istar panel that will be provided by the vendor. That Istar panel shall be connected to Luzerne County's current system.
