The nature and scope of this project is: Furnish all labor, equipment, and materials necessary for replacement of two (2), rooftop 35-ton package unit air conditioners including but not limited to permitting and associated fees, submittals, protection of existing facilities, coordination with owner, crane rental and rigging, removal and disposal of existing package air conditioning units, furnish and installation of like-kind replacement package unit air conditioner system, all electrical requirements including new wire to connect to existing disconnects, all connection requirements to existing ductwork, patching of ductwork insulation, all strapping and connection requirements to existing rooftop concrete curbs, condensate connection, startup, testing and balancing, training, operation and maintenance manuals, and all other items required for a complete and functional air conditioning system. Location of the work is the Town of Jupiter Water Treatment Plant - 17403 Central Blvd Jupiter, Florida 33458 Existing package unit air conditioner system, consisting of two (2) HVAC units PAC-1 and PAC-2, is necessary for temperature control of an electrical room and motor control center that requires 24-hour continuous operation in support of a critical facility.
