The City seeks contractor(s) for specified areas of work in turf and horticulture as specified in bid documents. This is for the 2024 and 2025 growing seasons. The City of Coralville seeks qualified bidders for a maintenance contract or contracts related to mowing, tree, lawn and turf care as well as care of landscape beds, stormwater bio cells, and creek bank care for the two, nine month periods of March through November 2024 and March through November 2025. Enclosed are specifications for these projects and appendices aimed at educating bidders as to the scope of each project location. Consideration will be given to contractors who attend the pre-bid meeting.
