All questions must be received via email by 5:00 PM December 12, 2023. All questions must be in writing and will be answered in writing, by email or addendum. SCOPE OF WORK AND SPECIFICATIONS: Cabins #1, #2, #3, #4, #5, #6 #7, #8, #9 & #10 have experienced moisture related issues at the interior floor area adjacent to the side exterior door. The accumulation of moisture in these isolated areas over time has compromised the subfloor. The objective of this project is to remove any compromised materials from floors of the cabins and replace with a system that will mitigate future moisture related issues. Another goal of this project is to upgrade flooring throughout the cabins. The contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, and supervision necessary to remove and to replace flooring throughout the cabin facilities, per the specifications below. The contractor shall be responsible for true and accurate measurements related to this project; any provided measurements are approximations. Work Dates and Time: The work must be scheduled no later than ten (10) calendar days after receipt of award purchase order. The cabins will be closed for service during the performance of the work and must be completed within twenty (20) days of starting to minimize cabin closure time according to the schedule below: Cabin #1, 2, 3, 7, 9 January 5 to January 23, 2024 Cabin #4, 5, 6, January 15 to February 14, 2024 Cabin #8 January 19 to February 14, 2024 Cabin #10 January 15 to February 14 , 2024 All services shall be performed, unless mutually agreed upon by the Contractor and the Park Representative, during normal business hours, between the hours of 8:00 A.M. TO 6:30 P.M., Monday through Friday, except for State & Federal Holidays. Crews will not be allowed to stay in the cabins while completing the work.
