The Project consists of improvements to Marlette Community Park located on Chard Street involving but not limited to the following work items: 2600 LF of HMA Pathway 2 New Pavilions New Playground Equipment Light Poles and Electric Services Question Deadline 01/12/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than five days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered Please note that the Davis-Bacon Act, as amended (40 U.S.C. 3141-3148) and Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act (40 U.S.C. 3701-3708) will be required on this project. In accordance with the statute, Contractors must pay wages at a rate not less than the prevailing wages as specified in a wage determination made by the U.S. Secretary of Labor. Following registration, complete sets of Bidding Documents may be downloaded from the Issuing Office's website as portable document format (PDF) files. Partial sets of the Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
