Relevant, Rigorous, and Equitable Academics The SCBE requests bids for Airways MS EMS Upgrade. The specifications are contained in the Design Project Manual. Responses submitted must meet or exceed all requirements. Bids that do not meet or exceed all requirements will be considered non-responsive. The contractor will remove and replace all existing DDC and/or new pneumatic controllers and add new BACnet DDC controllers with new actuators.
