West Virginia University on behalf of its Board of Governors ("BOG") located in Morgantown, West Virginia
("WVU" or "University") is initiating this Request for Proposals ("RFP") from qualified, experienced, and
licensed Contractors to provide labor and materials for turnkey LED field level, video displayfor the Milan
Puskar Stadium, located at 900 Willowdale Road, Morgantown, WV 26505 NOTE: Required Completed Documentation must be submitted under SUPPLIER ATTACHMENTS with
Response (Purchasing Affidavit, drug-free affidavit, etc.).
NOTE: Questions MUST be submitted directly on the solicitation website on the Q&A Board -
Please refrain from submitting questions until AFTER the Pre-Bid meeting
NOTE: Addenda will be posted on the Q&A Board; while the system should generate an automatic email,

NOTE: You Proposal MUST BE submitted directly on this website in a PDF format (singular PDF is
preferred).
NOTE: We will not accept Voluntary Alternates. But you may submit as many COMPLETE PDF Submittals

Time: 12:00 pm EST PROJECTED COMENCEMENT: With Award. Although Demo cannot start until after April 27, 2024.
SUBSTANTIAL AND FINAL COMPLETION - The Contractor shall achieve Substantial and Final Completion
of the entire Work as calculated or indicated below. The date of issuance of the West Virginia University's
Notice to Proceed and/or Contact shall be used to calculate Substantial and Final Completion if contract time
stated below is in number of calendar days.
Substantial Completion shall be July 20, 2024
Final Completion shall be August 30, 2024. BONDING
The following Bonds will be required with award:
1, Performance Bond
2. Labor and Material Bond
