Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Tracy, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.

The County of San Joaquin, hereinafter "County" is seeking proposals from qualified Proposers to enter into a design-build agreement to design, engineer, procure, install, interconnect, and commission solar photovoltaic ("PV") at the following three community centers: 1. Larch Clover Community Center, 11157 W. Larch Road, Tracy - carport system 2. Thornton Community Center 26675 N. Sacramento Blvd, Thornton - rooftop system 3. Lodi Community Center 415 S. Sacramento St, Lodi - rooftop system If you have any further questions, please contact at 209-468-3263 or by email at lpiojo@sjgov.org Last day for proposers to submit questions by 5:00 PM (For clarification prior to submitting RFP)* Thursday, January 11, 2024 Questions must be submitted in writing via email to lpiojo@sjgov.org. Proposer shall have a current California Contractor's License C-10 or C-46 or A or B license. RFP 23-21 Solar at 3 SJC Community Centers have accepted proposals and it is closed. This is a solicitation for best value so the evaluation needs to be done before pricing is revealed. We accepted a proposal from The Design Build Inc and SolarNorcal DBA Excite Energy. I anticipate a notice of intent to award to be issued late next week.
