Site work for a water / sewer project in Port Colborne, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The City of Port Colborne is requesting qualified contractors to bid on and complete the necessary sanitary sewer rehabilitation project including relining of sanitary sewer pipes in multiple locations, repair of existing maintenance holes, installation of "top hats" at lateral locations, sealing and associated inspection and testing. The purpose of this project is to reduce inflow and infiltration to the City's sanitary sewer system. The City has issued the ITT including location maps to be able to plan for the relining of the specified sanitary sewer pipes commencing in the Spring of 2024. The term of the Agreement is to be for a period of 2 year (2024-2025) with an option in favour of the City to extend the Agreement on the same terms and conditions or as agreed upon by the parties for an additional term of up to one (1) additional 1-year terms. The Contractor will hold all unit prices for initial two (2) years. Pricing for the optional one (1) year term extension to be negotiated. Contract extension is not guaranteed and the City reserves the right to not issue an extension at its sole discretion.
