Site work for a mixed-use development in Port Colborne, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of Port Colborne is requesting bids for the Lions Field Upgrades - Phase 1 Design Build Project - Installation of decorative fencing along Killaly Street West and Elm Street. - Entrance feature with Lions Field arch way. - All specification to be within the Niagara Peninsula Standard Contract Document. During the construction phase, the existing chain-link fence will be removed and replaced with decorative fencing. Additionally, a new entrance feature will be constructed according to the detailed designs, involving the creation of decorative fencing, an entrance wall, concrete walkway, and a garden area for Lions Field. Remediation work, such as topsoil placement, sodding, and concrete work if necessary, will be conducted following the installation of the new fence.
