Three-bedroom, two story, net floor area 920 Sq. Ft. Three-bedroom, two story, net floor area 925 Sq. Ft. Dew house Apts. (Nelsonville, Ohio Efficiency Apts., net floor area 500 Square ft. AMHA reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. AMHA is an Equal Opportunity Employer. The Athens Metropolitan Housing Authority will be accepting bids for the painting of interior surfaces (walls and ceilings) for the Hope Drive Apartments, which are located at 10 Hope Drive, Athens, OH and the Scattered Site Housing, which are located in The Plains, Chauncey, Jacksonville, and Athens. AMHA will supply paint and be responsible for preparation of all wall surfaces, prior to painting. Contractors will be responsible for clean-up and supplying all labor, materials, and tools to complete the job in a quality workmanship like manner. Contractors must have the ability to respond within 72 hours after being contacted for services. Units to be painted throughout the year may be occupied while painting is being conducted. A Bidder or Contractor will be committed to the goals of the Equal Employment Opportunity Clause, Minority Business Entrepreneurship and Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968 as amended by submitting a properly signed proposal/bid. All proposals submitted must include: 1. Furnish copies of proof of Worker's Compensation and Liability Insurance Certificates. 2. A proposal for painting 3. Certified statement that the firm is not debarred, suspended orotherwise prohibited from professional practice by any federal,state, or local agency. 4. Proof the firm is registered to do work in the City of Athens. 5. Section 3 Action Plan and Certifications in accordance with AMHA's Section 3 Policy, Procedures and Contractors Certifications(included in packet).
