HVAC Service Equipment. Contractor shall perform scheduled repairs and provide emergency service during the terms of the agreement. There are 164 total HVAC units located in Athens, The Plains, Chauncey, Jack sonville, Glouster and Nelsonville area. (addresses will be provided to the successful bidder). Contractor must have the ability to respond to an emergency within24 hours, and 72 hours for non-emergency. All bids submitted should include. 1. A proposal that incudes show up fee and labor rates 2. Furnishing of all labor, materials, and tools required to complete the work in a timely and workmanship like manner. 3. Furnish copies of Worker's Compensation and Liability Insurance. 4. Furnish copies of proof of workers compensation and Liability Insurance certificates 5. Certified statement that the firm is not debarred, suspended or other wise prohibited from Professional practice by any Federal, State or Local Agency. 6. Proof the firm is registered within the city of Athens Office Code Enforcement to perform work in Athens City Limits. 7. Section 3 Action Plan and Certifications in accordance With AMHA's Section 3 Policy and Procedures and Contractors Certifications (included in Packet).
