Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Cobourg, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

This RFP is being issued, primarily as a means of securing the supply and installation of a handicap accessible playground at 21 Lorraine Avenue, Cobourg, Ont. The budget allotted for this project is $60,000 including tax. Respondents are asked to provide a detailed proposal describing how they would design and outfit the park for optimum results. The Municipality will prepare the base of the site in compliance with the site plans and specifications supplied by the successful vendor. The supplier is responsible for: - Site plan and specifications of site preparation for playground equipment to be installed at 21 Lorraine Avenue, Cobourg, Ont. - Supply and installation of playground equipment - Supply and installation of an accessible base, wood fibre preferred or alternative. - Provide the Municipality with an inspection report completed by a certified playground practitioner. - Project must be completed by Aug 31, 2024.
