Demolition, site work and addition to a religious / funeral development in Saint Louis, Missouri. Completed plans call for the addition of a religious / funeral development; for the demolition of a religious / funeral development; and for site work for a religious / funeral development.

The Contractor will provide all Management, Supervision, Labor, Material, Parts, and Equipment necessary to construct the In-Ground Cremation (IGC) Section 1GJ Expansion. Contract work includes but is not limited to General Conditions, General Construction, Burial Areas, Structures, Alterations, Roads, Walks, Grading, Drainage, Landscaping, Irrigation, Structural, Architectural, Electrical, Utility systems, Necessary removal of existing structures and Construction and certain of other items and all other work necessary to construct the improvements as shown and described in the contract documents, Statement of Work, Specifications and Drawing. The Contractor will have one hundred eighty-one (181) calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed (NTP) to complete the work. All work/services performed must adhere to National Cemetery Administration standards and is to be in accordance with the Scope of Work, Specifications, Drawings, and Terms and Conditions described and attached herein. In-Ground Cremation (IGC) Section 1GJ Expansion, Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery The Department of Veterans Affairs, National Cemetery Administration has a requirement for a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for a Contractor to provide all Management and Supervision, Labor, Equipment, Material, Supplies, etc., necessary and required to provide In-Ground Cremation (IGC) Expansion construction services at the Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, in St, Louis, MO as defined and described in accordance with applicable Local, State and Federal laws and regulations, and in accordance with the Scope of Work and Specifications herein. This Invitations for Bids (IFB) procurement opportunity is 100% Set-Aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small-Business, (SDVOSB) firms; Authority 38 U.S.C. 8127 (Public Law 109-461). Bidders must be SBA VetCert verified prior to submitting a bid in accordance with VAAR 819-7003(B) AND FAR PROVISION 52.204-7(a). Bidder must represent that it is a SDVOSB concern under NAICS code assigned to this acquisition and is SBA VetCert verified for eligibility in the https://veterans.certify.sba.gov/ - database. In accordance with VAAR 819.7003 (b), SDVOSB firms must be verified in the SAB VetCert database, https://veterans.certify.sba.gov. Prospective bidders must also be registered in Vendor Information Pages (VIP) at https://www.vip.vetbiz.va.gov/, Vets 4212 at https://www.dol.gov; and System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov/SAM at the time of Bid submission and at time of award. The Product / Service Code (PSC) for this procurement is Y1PZ - Construction of Other Non-Building Facilities. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 237990 - Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction. The Size Standard for this procurement is $36.5 million dollars. The project magnitude of construction range is estimated to be between $500,000 and $1,000,000. There is an organized pre-bid site visit scheduled. See 52.236-27 Site Visit for detailed site visit information. Interested Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend the Pre-Bid Site Visit Conference. Interested bidders will be required to furnish a Bid Bond; and the awarded Contractor will be required to provide Performance and Payment Bonds. All Requests for Information (RFI) must be sent in writing to the Contracting Officer.
