**As of February 14, 2024, project was awarded to E. Meier Contracting, awarded amount is $673,892.32.** 2024 Mill and Overlay Street Project. The Scope of Work includes full width milling of asphalt pavement, placement of asphalt overlay, base repairs, concrete ADA ramps with truncated domes (where required), traffic control, and other incidental items. The Contractor, acting as an independent contractor, shall do everything required by the Contract Documents and shall timely perform in strict compliance with all requirements and specifications set forth in the Contract Documents. Contractor represents and warrants that it has special skills which qualify it to perform the "Work" (as defined in Contract Documents) in accordance with the Contract Documents and that he is free to perform all such Work and is not a party to any other agreement, written or oral, the performance of which would prevent or interfere with the performance, in whole or in part, of the Work.
